Our background
Remmus Designer Homes were founded in 2016 with a focus on building one-off new homes, developments, and communities in the most desirable places in Sussex.
Our homes are bespoke and designed for each specific location – you will never find a duplicate house design on any of our future developments.
We are innovative with the utmost attention to detail in the design and specifications of our developments. Each of our homes is heated by renewables, and all of our developments are designed to provide a positive BNG (biodiversity net gain), to ensure that not only are our new homeowners feeling the benefit, but so is our environment.

Industry recognition
We’re honoured to have received awards by the United Kingdom and International Property Awards for our Summer Meadow and Paddock House property developments. The awards are one of the largest, most prestigious, and widely recognised programmes to honour excellence in the property industry.
We have also received the Property Award at the Sussex Business Clubs award, which we are extremely proud of as we were nominated for this by one of our proud homeowners.
Most recently we’ve been awarded a Highly Commended award from the Sussex Heritage Trust Awards for our St Giles Place development in Graffham, West Sussex. The awards recognise and celebrate high quality conservation, restoration and new built projects in Sussex.
