Summer Meadow wins at the International Property Awards
Summer Meadow, our development of eight individually designed homes in the West Sussex village of Cowfold, has been awarded the UK and International Property Award for Residential Development.
The UK and International Property Awards are judged by a panel of over 80 independent experts and are recognised across the industry as one of the most rigorous measures of quality in residential development. Categories cover design, specification, sustainability, and service. Being recognised at this level, in a category that covers new homes built across the UK, is something we are proud of.
Summer Meadow was completed in 2020: eight homes in three types, each designed to sit within the character of Cowfold rather than stand apart from it. Traditional stock brick and clay roof tiles on the exterior. Ted Todd character oak flooring, quartz worktops, integrated Bosch appliances, and underfloor heating throughout. Eight homes, each one individually designed for its plot.

All eight homes at Summer Meadow sold during 2020. The award confirms what the buyers who chose to live there already knew: that the quality of what was built was worth choosing.
